Vail Valley Medical Center - Activated and managed unique properties and platforms that encouraged donor participation, community awareness and long-term sponsorship alliances.

The Cancer Caring House - “Jack’s Place” opened their doors in the spring of 2007, welcoming donors and community members to their ribbon cutting ceremony as well as to tour and commemorates this wonderful community house for patients (and their families) receiving treatment for cancer. 

As a thank you to their Donors, Vail Valley Medical Center invites exclusive Donors to join together for an evening of appreciation at the Sonnenalp in Vail.  This private evening enchants and entertains while combining a unique theme with a sincere thank you.

Teva Mountain Games/ Untraditional Marketing - Assisted in the fulfillment of sponsorship contracts, marketing directives and media buys for the largest outdoor adventure sports event in North America. Activation of client contacts included: Volkswagen, Teva, Sports Illustrated Adventure, Dagger Kayaks, Outlast Technologies and Fox Sports Net.

Gatorade Urban City Launch - When Gatorade introduced their newest flavor to the market, Dallas, New Orleans & Atlanta where the first to try the new product experience on the Urban Gatorade Purple Thunder Tour.  Managing over 8 crews throughout each city, we trained, launched and managed the tour logistics.

US Pro Snowboard Movie Tour - Managed the tour logistics for the national movie tour Fear of a Flat Planet, supervising all event logistics for the 600 + tour screenings throughout the United States.  Assisted in sponsorship negotiations with Sony, Butterfinger/ Nestle, Burton Snowboards & Sims Snowboards.
